That certainly plays a big part, along with a strong economy, blatant & public attacks against recruiters, and a media and government officials that mock our military. And the risk of a military career really hits home when the bullets are flying.

I don’t think that's having too much affect because active duty forces aren’t as affected. This is more a reserve problem.
