Best way to avoid all this: help your kid work toward entering one of our nation's military academies.

3 years ago my oldest son told me he wasn't looking forward to college, with all its left-wing professors and PC culture. I told him there was an alternative. He worked his butt off, and is now at West Point.

He was already squared away, but since going through bootcamp this summer, he is well on his way to being a man.

Congradulations. Sounds like the Army had a fine example of the American Warrior. I pray he becomes a credit to his Army and his country like General Thomas Franks and not a self - serving brown- noser like Wesley Clark.
