Just blame the eco-wackies for everything, right? They get hit with all the blame here don't they? What about Standard Oil-Chevron-Texico-BP-Unocal?

The linkage is indirect, but present if one chooses to research it.

Numerous tax exempt foundations channel funds to the eco-rats in support of their protest and litigation efforts against drilling, refineries, nuclear plants, etc.

It serves as a price support mechanism for the Seven Sisters.

And who are these tax exempt foundations?

The biggest ones can be seen here.

Not surprisingly, the name Rockefeller appears more than once.

Here is another link rather indirect for you. Albert Gore, Sr. was very tight with Armmand Hammer and Occidental Petroleum. By the way, Armand Hammer formed a few major foundations himself. They support, among other things, Columbia University and a famous Los Angeles art museum. Of course, Albert Gore, Jr. made a lot of political hay by donning the mantle of "environmentalist." LOL, LOL, LOL. Al Gore is still clipping coupons from his Oxy stock. Occidental Petroleum made more money this year than ever before. It is no accident that leading environmentalists support the policies that contribute to higher oil prices. The policies benefit the privileged elite at the expense of middle class Americans.

I'm too old to believe in coincidences. But no one listens to me, anyway. I'm just a geezer living in the Peoples Republic of Oregon.
