The minute the news comes on TV or the radio, I turn it "OFF" immediately. My blood pressure can't take the Liberal BS.
I'm taking the night off from the "news" and enjoying "Good Eats" while waiting for "South Park" to come on.
I try to do this at least a couple of times a week. My blood pressure sometimes rises, but it's after cooking a new spicy recipe or laughing like crazy when Cartman lampoons "some dried up old lady with a big nose". (Barbra Streisand)
