Weigh yourself every day, that will help keep you motivated. Hanging the size 10 dress you haven't worn in a few years on the closet door works too. Although, not as fast as it used to since the metabolism tanked.

Hanging the size 10 dress you haven't worn in a few years on the closet door works too. In my case, it's the size 6. (I really DON'T want to get back into a size 10!) I also go clothes shopping sometimes, just to try on smaller clothes that I could not wear when I was fat, and I keep an old pair of "fat" shorts around as a reminder (gee, two of me could fit into those now, how about that).
