Abortion is their religion. They're pretty weird that way. But they don't hide behind the Gospels as justification for their (misguided) beliefs.

I am not a great fan of Robetson's, but our children used to live in Va. Beach, and when we would visit I would see truck after truck going out to help the less fortunate.
I also, know for a fact that the people that you call to pray with are real and know how to pray.
I wish that he had not said what he did, but I will defend his right to do it.

Using "religion" as a cloak to justify a call to murder cheapens the religion.

And unfortunately, the Able Danger scandal will go down the same path as this did as the GREAT COVER UP.

Cuba, like Iraq costs more than it is worth to correct.

The reason for the Castro comment designed to "tweak" the MSM, is because of JFK's involvement with the CIA and the mafia in a plot to assassinate Castro back in '61......
Rush was hoping Robertson would also mention Casto so as to rile up the MSM and then our side could counter with the JFK incident.......
To: Reagan Man; Utopia
"The law that makes assassination of foreign leaders should be overturned, immediately. So when the time comes, we can take out this nutcase, immediately."
No, no, no! We have to run this stuff by the U.N. first! They have to get their cut from Chavez and steal a few billion earmarked for starving children in Venezuela. Then the U.N. issues 17 or 18 hollow threats telling Chavez to knock it off, which he ignores for, say 30 years or so...
Then, we act.
Same script, different nutjob. ;)

I wonder what their reaction would be ? if the USA had known of OSBL plan to send his goon hench men and ATTA over here to fly those planes into the WTC, but, had a chance to " TAKE OUT " OSBL, and would have save the USA from the 9/11 attacks.

What mainstream figures in liberal politics have called for the assassination of Bush? Lots of them. Maybe they weren't actual Democrats who held elective office, but a lot of their underlings did. Remember Craig Kilborn's "Snipers Wanted" image during the 2000 elections? Remember Alec Baldwin calling for Hyde's stoning? I could go on....
To: wagglebee
This network has called me no less than three times asking me when I'm going to talk about it so they can record it. An 18 year old with Podcasting ability and no FM connection?
Rush is so danged arrogant.

He basically was reflecting and echoing what most of us here in the USA are thinking, and what the officials are thinking in Washington, but are to cowardly to say it.

The obvious difference is that Kilborn and Baldwin weren't serious. A better comparison would be with someone like Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton seriously suggesting something like that.

Its really amazing it took this to let most of the sheeple in this country to even realize this guy existed. Maybe the MSM will focus on why it might be America's best interests this guy (Plus his buddy pictured)is gone. Am I putting to faith in the MSM for that?

There are kooks out there who'll believe anything they hear and are inclined to believe to begin with. But a joke is a joke no matter how tasteless it is. Robertson was dead serious.

I have to disagree, they ( the feminist and the N.O.W ) have their own Gospel, it's just, not the Gospel of the Bible, and they sure do hide behind theirs.
