Congress and the Sept. 11 Commission have launched multiple investigations into reports that the
Special Operations Command in Tampa held back information that could have foiled the 9/11 plot, officials said Tuesday.

I think there's a civil war going on over at DOD. But since Rummy gets the last word, guess who wins?

What I find interesting is the drip, drip, drip method. First, it was the State Dept (Condi) and now Rummy commenting. Methinks that the truth will out--because it is the right thing....

Able Danger was run out of Central Command, which was located in Florida at that time. I believe McGill AFB was where Central Command was located at that time, but I could be wrong.

I am wondering if the Bush administration figured out that not only did clinton know, the clintons activly stood aside to ALLOW it to happen.
They are covering up the fact that the clintons were COUNTING on death in order to make Bush and Republicans look bad. Clinton CALCULATED that GWBush would respond like Clinton in somolia.
I am trying to figure out WHY would the Bush administration protect the political elites?

You know, nowhere in that article is Jamie Gorelick's wall mentioned.

Gorelick must be on the potty about nowI doubt that. Everyone's trying to connect this with Sandy Burglar, so let's look at the results there. The docsocker's punishment is to have his extraordinary privilege of a security clearance rescinded---temporarily!---for what he did, which is widely characterized as sloppiness rather than criminality.
You have to know Gorelick can do better than that. She can say she was just following orders and instituting a practice (the "wall") that was theoretically quite valid and certainly legitimate.
After all, these are Democrats.
I still think this whole affair is most likely a Dem plot to lure some softheaded conservative into moonshining documents, a la Rathergate. ("Here they are! Come and get your Abu---er, Able Danger docs! See the name of M. Atta in tricolor graphics and a font that didn't exist in 2000!")

That's simple. They're no longer players. They're just collecting those damn big retirement checks.

the so called "9/11 Commission" was nothing more than a shameless Democrap hack job to discredit Bush (yet again) that failed miserably.
Interestingly, it seems that every Democrap hack job seems to backfire and blowback sh!t on them. We are now seeing that the secondary agenda of the commission was to cover up for the Clintonites and their evil deeds.
While Bubba was getting his blowjobs from Monica, Bin-Laden and Atta were busily plotting 9/11 while Janet Reno & Gore-Licks was covering up the Communist monies going into the DNC.
