While they had the right to subdue him, they had no right to kill him. They had him in custody, and were therefore responsible for him.

Besides, you have a witness who is telling them that the guy is having problems and the walmart commandos blow him off....that ain't gonna play well in front of a Texas jury.

Where do you guys get off saying they killed him. He died during the struggle because he stole property.
