Exactly. Thieving is wrong, but killing someone for it is worse. Especially considering that he posed no physical threat to the security guards.

Can't put him in jail now, though. That's, of course, assuming he actually stole anything which isn't yet known. But we do have the Wal Mart employees and what they did was also a crime. Time to take care of business.

I've read the first hundred comments, but have not seen this possibility yet, so if it is my apologies in advance... Did they say that this "BB Gun" was in a package and was something thought to have been stolen, OR was this HIS BB Gun and was used to represent a real gun to intimidate anyone in his way while he stole other items???
