Can't the President override FOA rulings by Judges on the basis of national security? Clearly our troops will be at heightened risk if these photos are released, which is exactly what the ACLU wants--more dead Americans and a weakened U.S. resolve. Bush has every right to refuse any court order to release the photos. We are a balance of powers. The SCOTUS is NOT the ultimate authority.
It is truly sad that the ACLU can only get Americans to hate the war by having more dead American troops. That is just sick.
It also must mean that we are winning the war if they have to change the status quo for Americans to hate the war.
