"...As sympathetic as I am to him, his silly hyperbole doesn't help."

What hyperbole is that? Apart from his misconstruing the reach of the 1st Amendment (a very common error these days), I found his comments to be measured and well-spoken.

Trying to wrap one's own situation in the First Amendment is enough silly hyperbole for me. That's a liberal crying tactic.

The First Amendment goof was the hyperbole I (and the other poster) was referring to. The rest of the article were spot-on.
