Anybody else remember the thread where there was a guy who was having an affair with a woman, and they did a sexual act where it is completely, 100% impossible to conceive a child, but he didn't collect up all his little swimmers, and she kept them! Later, she artificially inseminated herself, and became pregnant. The courts ruled that since they were his swimmers, and he had to pay the child support. He counter sued her for theft or fraud (I can't remember the exact charge), and the courts ruled against him... They ruled that his swimmers were a gift.
If he gave her a gift for sex, why wasn't she prosecuted for prostitution? Oh well, that's another thread!
