I'm a West Texan currently exiled through marriage to NE Muddysippi. I own over 135 sq feet of BBQ space in 4 grills/smokers on 3 different trailers. It's just a hobby but I really kinda like mine. Learned the art from a 3 time Memphis in May champion.
But my opinion might be a little skewed.
