Invisibile disabilities are the worse because no one believes you except your doctor.

And sometimes not even them. My ex had fibro, a cardiologist told her, "go get more exercise"... for her just to walk the dog was pure torture to watch, the expressions on her face caused me pain.

Thank GOD I have a wonderful neurologist and had a great Ruematologist until he retired. I also live close to a great teaching hospital here in South Carolina - Medical University of South Carolina.
