Partly the high school kids, who are now OSHA'ed, work-permitted, limited-houred, and Child Labored out of just about any useful job involving moving machinery (lawn mowers, chain saws, tractors, balers, ___ pickers, etc), chemicals (weed spray, fertilizer, commercial cleaning products, etc) long hours, and other age-related restrictions, unless it is on a family owned & operated farm.

ding ding ding - the only one who got it right. There's plenty of labour in this country legally; it's just that we have so many work rules they're not ALLOWED to work.

I know quite a few 14/15yo kids who cannot find work because no one will hire them. They're hiring illegals instead.
