Does the Kurds have the right to secede? Are women protected of their God-Given rights? These two are the most important points to agree on in this Constitution.

Why is the "right to secede" bother you? The U.S. Constitution had no mention of states being able to secede ...

In fact ... "when New York, Rhode Island, and Virginia ratified the Constitution, they specifically stated that they reserved the right to resume the governmental powers granted to the United States. Their claim to the right of secession was understood and agreed to by the other ratifiers, including George Washington, who presided over the Constitutional Convention and was also a delegate from Virginia ... "

Recall that women did not have the right to vote and slavery was legal when the U.S. constitution was ratified. For what its worth I suspect the Iraqi constitution will best us on at least those two points.
