Let's make it a wall. A wall similiar to the one that Israel is constructing today. In the long run, the price the American taxpayers will shell-out for a right and proper security wall will pay for itself. There would be immediate savings from legal services afforded illegals and the huge reductions in government welfare handouts to illegals would lift the strain to our nations infrastructure.
