During the FReep, it was so insubstantial that it wasn't even a mist, but I think that a very small drop hit my lens to produce the weird bubble around the leftists effect. Also, I felt two mini-droplets, but then maybe there was a bird above me.

BillF misspoke. He had experienced a high humidity event. According to my friends, rain is what you experience at times in SEA.
