WooHoo, Connie--great music for coming home. We haven't heard that he has gotten there yet. If I don't hear something by tonight--guess who is getting a phone call from the MOM!!! :o)
We'll just party without him till I hear something!
((((((hugs))))))
LUV
I am on for a few minutes today. It is HOT here and I was trying to work outside. NO WAY!!!!!
Nice to see you; we're hanging in there with you.
Thanks for your good wishes, LE! We're still waiting to hear from him! God bless all the troops!
You guys are going to Harpoon Larry's!!!!!!!!! I am so jealous....you're just torturing me because I wanted to share your ole chocolate. What are you eating? Say "hi" to Mags, Sharise, Amy and Mali for me.
God graced this young man with an extraordinary gift. BTW, I am proud that he is from my home town, Los Angeles.
Ah ~ that's what I like: commitment! ;)
You are bitter man. >:-}
((((hugs))))) Glad you're here. We'll just have fun till I hear something!
I practically am! I hat to call, 'cause it seems like nagging, but if he hasn't called by about 9pm tonight, he is getting a call. He is not the greatest at phone calls, but then neither are we. I keep checking my e-mail to see if I have gotten one. I would say I'm dancing from one foot to the other, but I'm sittin' right now! LOL!

I swear, children should have GPS chips implanted in them till they learn to keep in touch.
Got any spies that can tell you when anything peculiar has landed at the base/airport?
Call the local media, tell them a bunch of service blokes are coming in and they should greet them. Then turn on the TV!!
EGS! Thanks for directing us back to that post concerning Star's article. How're ya doing? Somehow I've missed ya lately. How're the Bosses--and the slave? :o)
Wow, Star! What a gal! I really don't think I would ever have time to do that--though a lot of my friends do. Good for you writing about it! Love that it linke to Proud Patiots! (((hug)))
You are totally right about the GPS chips! LOL! Even when they are grown and gone---well maybe especially then!
I'm not sure but what David will be the only troop on his plane. He is the only military guy on his ship--it's DOD. He'll probably land in Orlando. I guess I'll just try to be PATIENT!!!!! It's not working very good so far! :o)
Great pictures! That first one looks like they're firing a huge fuzz ball! Just cleaned house and jetisoned the trash!
Everything is normal here.
Hope your son contacts you when he arrives but I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't.
He is trying to show to his wife his independence from the umbilical cord. It's nothing personal. Just expressing his independence is all. He still loves you.
Why are you always right! I am sure that is exactly why he waits! Doesn't make it any easier knowing this, though.
He has been totally independent since he drove off by himself at 17 to attend college at Embry-Riddle U in Daytona Beach. Wouldn't let us go help or anything. He has always been that way--actually we raised him that way. Now it comes back to bite us! LOL!
