Atta books tickets with specific seat assignments. They rehearse precise steps needed to take over airliners.
Muscle hijackers sit in first class near cabin. Pilot hijacker a few rows back and last member of the team a few rows behind that.
When flight attendants start coffee service, seat belt signs on, they will storm the cockpit. Will slit the throat of one passenger or crew member and leave that person bleeding to death in the aisle to neutralize resistance from passengers.

based on what information source then? do you know of one that came through FR before Able Danger broke? I sure don't.
This information on how they watched the routines on flights is chilling. Makes me wonder about all of those stories about Arabs acting weird on flights.
They may never be investigated, but history won't be good for them.
