The two Camp Caseys are people in support of the President, named for a young man who's last name was Casey, his Father took down two crosses they at up in the "ditch camp", with his name on it. Didn't want his son disrespected by those nuts!!!

No - the two Camp Caseys are the anti-war, anti-American, terrorist supporting nut jobs associated with the witch in the ditch. A second "camp" has been set up 5 miles down the road.
