All I can say is the Holy Spirit certainly gave perfect guidance to the cardinals when they chose Benedict!I knew Josef Cardinal Ratzinger had the Prophets gift of calling them as the Holy Spirit directed him, but I had no idea he was such a sweet loveable man until he became pope, after all the dreck that was said about him. The youngsters think that JPII invented the loveable Pope, but I'm a bit older and I loved Paul and John as well. I'm only learning how loveable Pius XII was as well.
