Suicide bombing 'pig fat threat'

A leading Israeli rabbi has proposed hanging bags of pig fat in buses to deter Muslim suicide bombers who may want to avoid contact with an "unclean" animal.

The idea was suggested to police by Rabbi Eliezer Fisher.

The newspaper Maariv said rabbinical authorities had sanctioned the plan to use the product - considered impure by Jews and Muslims - if it might save lives.

Police had no immediate comment on the proposal, according to Reuters news agency.

Israeli Deputy Defence Minister Yaacov Edri said he supported the proposal.

"If bags of pig lard will prevent zealous Muslim terrorists from carrying out attacks, I'm all for it," Maariv quoted him as saying.

This was posted in a thread some while back about airport "security" and I also mentioned it to several people in operson that we should have a tray of bacon at the check points and if you are not willing to take and eat a peice then you don't get on the plane.

Sounds good to me. One risk is that they could end up with an apartheid system: pigfat buses, kosher buses... It could get complicated quickly.

I think that Israel needs to make it know that their buses are painted with paint that contains pig fat. The seats should be pigskin instead of leather. They should have canisters of pig fat on the ceilings. Maybe the buses will be safer.

Someone should manufacture a necklace with a big locket that contains pressurize pig fat. The locket, of course, would be in the shape of a pig.

That is what we need to do on Buses and Airplanes.

In America the ACLU would sue on behalf of the homocide bomber's family, claiming his civil/religious rights were violated, and they'd win a multi-million dollar judgment.

Much the same as the American rancher who recently lost his ranch to ILLEGAL aliens claiming they were detained/abused when they ILLEGALLY trespassed on his property.

The secret of defeating fanatics is to find out what scares the h@ll out of them and use it against them. In this case any Pig fat on a Muslim is a guaranteed one way ticket to h@ll and that scares them.
