I never realized that. Thanks for the explanation. I wasn't sure if we were supposed to excerpt Knight Ridder source or not, even if it's actually posted from another site, like Yahoo.
Since excerpting limits the amount one can post, I try to pick some of the more interesting parts, I didn't realize that's a problem.
But I appreciate knowing some of the criteria for frontpage news posting. Some things are obvious, others are more in a gray area.
