Sounds to me like both Morris Dees and the judge aided and abetted crimminal conduct by allowing the illegals to file the lawsuit in the first place. The judge should be impeached and Moris Dees should be sent to prison. Though in exchange for his imprisonment we could accept his renouncing of US citizenship and agreeing to permanent exile. This would also have to include signing away any right to apply for asylum or refugee status at any time in the future.
