Well, all right, if that is germane at all. If you are implying that prison rape is okay, then I can see another poster.
I believe the loony left wants to pass out condoms for prisoners, if the left was so horrified by prison sex, why would they be handing out condoms?

In my facility if a prisoner wants a condom we give it to him. No questions asked, after all they have a "Right to Privacy".(Can you believe it!)
