It would really be interesting to know what he CAN DO without the approval (usually obstruction) of the socialist State Legislature. I don't think there is much. That is a big problem he is facing and why the voter-driven issues are important. In many cases it is the only hope for REAL CALIFORNIANS who want their state back from the socialists.

Kind of like a crapshoot, isn't it. I hate the way they wrote this measure; I think it is bad law and there were so many better (and easier) solutions. But I may end up voting for it as well.
