When Web Hubble went to prison, Gorelick was placed in the position of acting Attorney General by the beast (due to Reno's incompetence). Her bloody talon marks are all over this.

Thank God President Bush is not an attorney.

I'll give that one a hearty, "AMEN!!!"

So, when will Gorelick and that other bull-dyke, Janet [the Waco Kid], be imprisoned?

Contact Tom Kean and Lee Hamilton and let them know that it is their responsiblity to come clean about the coverups that were orchestrated by Jamie Gorlick and the other Clintonistas on the 9/11 Commission:

The long term challenge will be to clean out the institutional sludge at the pentagon. We now have too many lawyers advising the military on what they can and cannot do in fighting this war. A perfect example is Lt. Pantano who should never have been brought up on charges.

Great article. It seems like the hippies just never stop screwing up this country.

The part Jamie Gorelick was playing on the committee was well known at the time. She was in the position of investigating a corrupt failure for which she was largely responsible.

Maybe this business will finally emerge into the Mainstream media, but I strongly doubt it. They will continue to ignore it because it undermines their basic agenda.

Clinton,......a lawyer thinking in terms of whether or not we would be able to get a conviction in a court of law, not a President whose responsibility is to protect American citizens from future terrorist attacks.

Exactly right, and the Clinton legacy grows clearer every day.....

Now that Lt. Col. Shaffer himself has given interviews, the mainstream press has belatedly begun to carry the story.

Saw the Lt. Col. interviewed on Fox and there is no way he can be credibley refuted. He said there are at least 80 boxes of documents regarding Able Danger in the Pentagon & that he got beligerent with a two star general when told they were shutting down AD. Shaffer couldn't believe it and was verbally reprimanded by the general. I wish he would have named the general cause he needs to be interrogated by Condi or Rumsfeld!

BTW, Lt. Col. Shaffer stated that he has copies of most all of the documents!

the Gorelick Memo itself was part of an attempt by the Clinton Administration to shield itself from investigations that seemed to indicate a connection between Chinese espionage and illegal foreign campaign contributions to the Democratic National Committee during the 1996 Presidential campaign.

This seems like a critical link that needs following up. It certainly is plausible.

If military and international intelligence agencies are legally prohibited from investigating citizen involvement with foreign entities...so as not to impede on the rights of US citizens....then a law like that would also protect those who were illegally involved with foreign governments. At a minimum, it would make it far harder to deal with such violations.

It is a "motive/means/opportunity" explanation that is more than plausible.

The Bush people took down the wall before Ashcroft testified. Do we know when?

>>>>But if you look through the history of what happened just in the cases surrounding 9/11, time after time you find individuals being advised by their superiors that they could not or should not be involved in activity because such involvement would breach the wall.”>>>>

They also knew all about Able Danger before Ashcroft testified.

That Shaffer got the go-ahead to do the recent interviews tells me the administration is going after this. Wonder if Bush's statement of displeasure over that part of Ashcroft's testimony had more to do with timing than with substance...

The Left is already at work dispelling "Able Danger" with the "Two Atta Theory". The theory goes that the data mining program of Able Danger was also picking up information from another Mohammed Atta who was part of the Abu Nidal organization and was arrested in 1987 in New York on an Israeli warrant charging him with participating in an attack on a bus in the Israeli-occupied West Bank in 1986. This "Mohammed Atta" was a naturalized US citizen and this fact (?) could have been the reason for the Pentagon lawyers shying away. The Left is deep mining for some plausible denial.

Also it seems to me the Generals who secretly put this Able Danger team were trying to just to keep alittle intregrity in keeping America safe, because they saw how
the clinton Admin was destroying the military,FBI,CIA and
and all other forms of protecting America.Theses men did
the right thing.
