LAS CRUCES, N.M. (AP) - A man from Honduras has been indicted in the slaying of a Las Cruces woman early this month.
Ermino Oliva, 33, was indicted Thursday in the Aug. 4 stabbing and beating death of Gail Williams, 53.
He’s charged with willful and deliberate murder and tampering with evidence.
He is to be arraigned Aug. 29.
Bond was set at $950,000.
But Oliva would not be released even if he posts bond. Authorities say he’s in the United States illegally, and would be held for the border patrol if he made bond.
Williams’ naked body was found near a garbage transfer station in Mesquite, lying in the desert next to her car

It seems that every time I hear a comment, from anyone in government, about what is being done about with illegal immigration and the corresponding murders, rapes, gang activity, drug trafficking, and other social problems associated with these criminals, the speaker has a hispanic surname. Perhaps if our government did not have the fox watching the hen house, then maybe the problems would be evaluated correctly and dealt with.

And never a word of sympathy from the LaRaza brigades for any of these victims, but worse is the supposed Christians who show no mercy for Americans who die because our borders are nonexistant and criminals roam free.

Absolutely, we are!! We don't have a motor home but it's only 20/30 minutes away. There is a decent Holiday Inn at Palo Verde/I-10 - really close to the fest, and if a group called the Sales Office, could probably get a discount.
