You can really attract more buyers when you have your house all spruced up. And having the septic system fixed before selling should alleviate a lot of issues for a buyer.

No, more than a shot gets a helper.
I was planning on scotch and coke, and thought I only had an ounce or two. Looks more like four ounces...and I just finished it.
Definitely not feeling any pain right now. Every third word needs to be retyped, though!!!

having the septic system fixed We're in the only neighborhood in town that isn't on sewer, and folks know it. My realtor calls it 'a cloud' over these properties...getting it fixed is going to be a major selling point. My excavation contractor is going to make it so that the leach fields can be swithced back and forth, making them good for 20 or more years. Definite selling point!
