Savage talking about this story!!!
Wow...Savage is going to help with the legal defense!!!
They must really think we're a bunch of chumps south of the border, when I first heard this I thought it was an April Fool's joke. These illegals deserve nothing but a one-way ticket home.
I missed that part of Savage, listening to John and Ken on KFI in LA.
I sent the story to Savage. His e-mail box was probably full today! He must be screaming like the rest of us are...

We allow everyone the availbility of our courts. Citizen, non-citizen, resident and non-resident alike. Likewise, most of the civilized world does the same. If you're defrauded for example, by a Brit, you can take your case against him to a court in the UK, even though you're not a citizen.

True, but both the USA and the UK have the legal right to refuse to allow any case to go foward by a non-citizen if they do not believe it is in the best interest of their nation. Which is definitely the case in this instance where it effectively allows crimminals to financially benefit from their crimminal conduct.
Where exactly is this alleged legal right codified? I somehow missed it.
