I wonder what a floor warden is? Each floor, or section of a floor, has a warden. They assume leadership to clear the floor and direct the evacuation of their floor in case of an emergency.

I wonder what a floor warden is? Never heard that description before. The floor warden stays behind and makes sure everyone gets out safely. Ours stands in front of the elevator and yells "the stairs, you idiot! Take the stairs!"
