I hope you're right and I'm wrong. As for ANWR, it will be attached to the budget, which makes it filibuster proof, but when it passes and prices don't lower it will give the Rats even more ammo. The Iraq war has turned out to be a lame issue for the Rats and they are going to bet their existence on their newest issue, energy prices.
