Well you gotta admit, it makes sense to attack W for this. If the shoe were on the other foot we'd be doing the same. That being said, we need to drill ANWR, build nuclear plants, etc, etc....

Just speculating - but - this is right up Soros alley. He does have billions available for just this sort of thing. It's not a whole lot of risk even potential profits and a much better use of money than flushing it down those liberal toilets.
