It is still in the van. That is the one & only time I have ever had fur on & did it for my 93 year old aunt who has willed it to my mom. As aunt Anna is moving to Fla, she wont need a mink so she is giving it to mom now. Problem is mom is bedridden & MUCH larger than the coat. SO, my hope it that we will pass it ASAP to my daughter in law in NC or preferably my niece here in the Cleveland area.
aunt bought it in 1985 for 1800 and has prolly NOT worn it half a dozen times. like her 1956 buick that she sold in 1995 when she stopped driving .. it had 22K miles on it!
About 10 years ago, I just thought I *had* to have a fur coat, and Mr. B gave me one for Christmas. It's beautiful, and I wore it for maybe two years after that. But, now I feel guilty for ever having it in the first place. :(
