Just read the whole story...the two illegals have been given special visas since they are crime victims, so they are technically no longer illegal.

The judgment was entered as the result of a 2003 case of assault against Nethercott in Texas which received a lot of postings here on FR at the time.

The ranch property was signed over to the victims by Nethercott's sister as part of the $500,000 judgement against Nethercott.
