I just walked outside. There are pages from a hardcover book in my yard. And we didn't even get any rain or wind here! Stuff is just falling from the sky.

I just spoke to my sister in Mt Pleasant. They were out in the yard and knew nothing about the severe weather. Just then, the tornado sirens went off. They had to go out and get the pony and chickens in the barn!

Nothing here. I just came back in. The lightning to the SE is almost non-stop.

Judging by the latest update from the NWS, the worst of the weather, including the possible tornado, should be about there around 9:30-9:35.

I'm on the SW side of Kenosha. We're watching the lightning to our NW - just amazing. Stay safe, everyone!

The lightning show off to the south to southwest is VERY impressive. I missed the debris field over by Tri-City though.

It currently looks like the worst weather is hugging Hwy 20 just west of Hwy 45, judging from both the WTMJ radar, the NWS radar and the Weather Underground radar. The NWS says it will be just north of Union Grove by 9:30 (which is right now), Fransville/Caledonia at 9:35, Sturtevant, Emwood Park and Racine by 9:45.

I believe NY is out of the state at the moment. I did hear of some nasty weather in his area.

We have relatives in Racine. Please let me know what you hear. Our Fox affiliate normally has news 9:00-10:00 but there's a football game tonight.

Things are calming down around here but there were tornado warnings just to the southwest an hour or so ago.

My son's in Baraboo with his Guard unit; they had warnings there also.
