Bush shouldn't be the one to do it, but I think either Cheney, Rumsfeld or Rice should hold a major news conference and tell the world that it is very possible that 9/11 could have been avoided were it not for the incompetence of the Clintonistas.

My sentiments exactly. Boycott the unholy trinity (ABC,NBC,CBS, oh and CNN) until they begin to tell the news (instead of how they want everyone to think).
