Catch the transcriprs of last nights Hardball. Christopher Hitchens went biblical on Cindy Sheehan. I expect to see video clips online of this performance.

what do you mean he went biblical?
To: Bahbah
yup , give 'em enough rope , there are many , lots of rope

On Imus this morning Senator Allen (r) from Virginia said that the president should have met with Sheehan, even had lunch with her rather than letting this get so out of hand. OUT OF HAND? It's the leftist media that hyped this into a bogus news story.

That seems to be the rub right now; should he or shouldn't he?
If he did, he should do it out of the view of cameras.

I never knew Kathleen Parker to be much of a conservative columnist, but she's dead-on with this one.

So true. Can one imagine a freeze-framed shot of Cindy Sheehan in hysteric's beating her fists against a wartime president's chest?
The picture, or one similar to it, would certainly make it onto every Democratic campaign ad in the 2006 midterm elections. It would be political theater at its finest.
Certainly, our enemies around the world would use it, but so too would our "friends" like Germany and France, and the United Nations. They would use a sensationalistic prop like that to run their elections on, and try to reaffirm the reasons that why they thought--all along-- that this war is "Bush's war" and not the worlds.
To: cubreporter
Could he bring her, and only her, onto the ranch and have a good ol' one-on-one with her? No media around?
On second thought, I guess that wouldn't work because she would just come out of the meeting and spew some more lies.
I still think that someone needs to sit outside of Bill Clinton's home or Hilary's home or Gorelick's home or Reno's home or Berger's home or......

Did Allen show any knowledge that Sheehan had already met with Bush?
