I am sure you are 100% accurate. I should have been a bit more inclusive as to the European nations I had in mind. And that I assume what we read about France, Italy, now Britain, Spain, Germany for instance are somewhat accurate, in their efforts to monitor, then track down terrorists. I'll say this, I do not follow news specific to the Balkans, nor study the ground situations, etc..
