No, at the moment all heroin is bad, because it is produced, distributed, and sold by criminal elements. For some reason, this is greatly preferable to good heroin being manufactured by reputable firms, and sold by licensed people who have accountability and whose product is traceable and whose purity and dosage is consistent. In fact, it is so greatly preferable that most people won't even discuss any alternative.

I'll get behind that if the laws are written in such a way that no druggie ever (*ever*) costs me a dime. No welfare, no "treatment," no "education." Period.

If they can do drugs, meet their obligations, and take absolute full responsibilities for the actions, then fine.

Otherwise no deal.
