Well, France appears to be getting even more dangerous for Christians. As usual, preceded by a period of anti-semitic attacks, and now they come for the Christians. Pre-meditated murder of a successful Christian preacher; why do I feel as if its a horirble harbinger of things to come? Militantly secular humanism and militant islam; a winning combination!

OK, so they don't mention who she even is? Was she a member of the religion of peace? Bets?

OK, so they don't mention who she even is? Was she a member of the religion of peace? Bets? From the article: "A Romanian woman wielding a knife killed silver-haired Brother Roger (search), witnesses said. A community spokesman, Brother Emile, said the monk's throat was cut and he died 15 minutes later." I don't know how many ROPers there are in Romania but it is possible she is one.

Anything that vindicates the WOT or W from the MSM we have to read between the lines; anything anti-W they shove it in our face.

I had never heard of Brother Roger before today, but have been intrigued to do a web search and will now learn more. Perhaps his death will cause millions of people to discover him and what his community was about - sad that this is what it took, but perhaps true. I recall someone once pointing out that it was by virtue of Christ's being 'hung high' on a cross for a terrible death that His word was sent out into the world. Just a thought.
PS - The Muslims could only wish for positive publicity like thisfor their so-called faith...

France hasn't been safe for Christians since 1798.

About 1% muslim. Most are Eastern Orthodox. Possibly just a derranged person, but it really says something about islam that it's the first conclusion a logical person would draw.

I read the article to see if she was. I will bet that information will coming out soon, information that she is a Muslim.

How awful. And you're right about the person's identity. We should hopefully find out soon.

Odd that no reports seem to include the woman's name. Additionally, one report indicated she was not "unbalanced enough to justify psychiatric care."

Personally, folks, I was betting she was a secularist. But who knows?

"People at the service grabbed the woman, who had sprung from the crowd, and turned her over to police."
Since she had a knife, was a murdered and should have been considered dangerous why was she turned over to police alive?

About 1% muslim. But even one percent works out to somewhere around 200,000 followers of the 'prophet'. I'm betting she is a Muslim partly because of the cause of death ... a slit throat ... a favorite method of Islamofacists anxious to demonstrate their devotion to Allah.

First they came for the pro-life supporters and I did not speak out because I was not a pro-life supporter.
Then they came for the politically incorrect and I did not speak out because I was not politically incorrect.
Then they came for the Christians and I did not speak out because I was not a Christian.
Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me.

Rumania really doesn't have a big Muslim community like former Yugo, Albania or Bulgaria (with it's Turkish minority plus a Islamicized Slavic group called Pomaks)---the only thing Romania has is plenty of Gypsies---who I doubt would have anything against Brother Roger.
