You mean the ones he has invited to join his government? The "political arm" of Hamas?

Or do you consider the "collaborators" to be the "radicals"? Those are the only people the PA is now or has ever been concerned about.

He invited them to join his government. He didn't volunteer to join theirs. He's trying to bring them into the peace process.
