They were banned for defending and excusing Baruch Goldstein.

Which begs the question: why aren't you banned for your continuous support and excuse for Arab murderers?

The "world" is watching this "relocation". What a NICE term- "RELOCATION". An event fostered, facilitated and PUSHED by the United States of America. You and I and everybody watching this with any idea of what is truly happening knows that we're witnessing the creation of a terrorist state.

Why is it that our CINC has stated on such unequivocal terms that we will NOT bargain with terrorists, yet the current administration seems proud of itself for facilitating the creation of an entire terrorist state? At the expense of ISRAEL! Of all the nations on this planet!...ISRAEL?!

It's always amazed me that neither Egypt, Jordan, Syria, nor Lebanon wants much to do with "palestinians". These nations haven't done more than be unwilling hosts to "refugee" camps of their own citizens. I've heard that the Whitehouse frequents FR. If this is true, they must know what their involvement has done, and will do to their core support base.

I know that nobody is perfect, but for America to have ANY part in the ejecting of Jews from Gaza is hypocritical at best!

If ever there was a time to fear YHVH as a nation, the time is now for us.

WE have caved...given in....and worse, we have LIED calling it a "victory".

NO good can come from this!

Go back to the time George Bush started pushing the "Road Map" and trace his declining effectiveness and popularity.

That "road map" has been a running joke at least here at FR, and similar circles.

But THIS stinks of a LIE. ...and a big LIE at that!

It would have been better for us as a nation if the current administration had issued a statement of condemnation for the Gaza withdrawal, rather than be a driving force behind it and call it some sort of "progress" in a good way.

There's NOTHING good about it. The pattern from Arab terrorists is that you give...they take. There's NOTHING in their past behavior to inidicate that they aren't going to continue their murderous behaviour.

...gonna be some bad "stuff" coming. Both in Israel, and America I fear.

I don't know maybe it's all just a coincidence.

In the first term Bush seemed to be heading for greatness -and by chance at the same time he seemed very supportive of Israel.

Then he turned on Israel.

When you do hear about it, it's always their fault. I'm at odds with myself about this. I don't know what justification the man had for grabbing the gun and shooting those people, but this is not a normal situation.

There is no justification, and he’ll be universally condemned and punished. What you see coming from a few on this thread is the technique of condemning the many by the actions of a few, in this case one. It’s taught in Bigotry 101. Anyone who can’t distinguish the moral difference between Israeli and palestinian society is a bigot or terminally ignorant.

Christians should be alarmed about how our brothers and sisters are treated in both Israel and Palestine....It seems many in the Christian community have, in the past ten years, become the biggest champions of a people who are not saved by their own Scripture....It is one thing to encourage people to grow to know Christ. It is another to fanatically turn off one's brain and say "All is well". It isn't.

Right, Rabbis preach "Death to the Christians, Death to America" daily in Israel. Israel, the PA, Sharon, bin Laden, all the same.

"The amount of compensation given to the now homeless settlers - how much exactly does it amount to in terms of American dollars?"

Won't compensations be paid by the US government ?

I think amongst the "MSM Idiots" here in America, the opinions are mixed about the Gaza pullout. But if you happen to be an Israeli LIVING in Gaza, the opinion is most DEFINITELY that America has TURNED on Israel!

I don't get it. I MUST be "missing" something. We basically overturn TWO states (Afghanistan, and Iraq) in the past four years, but we FAIL to secure our own borders in the face of real and present DANGER, and we assist heavily in the creation of a terrorist state on land which ISRAEL is forced to give up!?

...some very fishy things going on. The MSM does a great job of painting a "pretty picture", and our beauracrats continue to vomit forth "good news". But under it all, it's a decomposing corpse....spreading disease.

Does anyone here think this handover will satisfy the Islamist extremists who crave the destruction of Israel?

Of course it won't and Sharon knows that. I may be wrong, but only if Sharon has become senile. What you aren't factoring in is the Arab nations themselves. The Arabs hate Palestinians as much as they hate Jews. "There's just so many of them" is a comment you hear often from Arabs. They support the giving of Israel to the Palestinians for the simple reason that they do not want the Palestinians in their lands. They also don't want the Palestinians to be allied with the Jews, and that is why they do everything they can to keep the Palestinians and Jews enemies.

We are at the beginning of this conflict and there will be total war in the mideast before it is over. Bush's roadmap will not succeed for the simple reason that liberals here and in the UN want it to fail. I am not a Bush supporter but I voted for him twice. I did not like the invasion of Iraq, but I support the administration's attempt to stabilize the mideast. That others can't put their partisan politics aside to try to stop world wide conflict makes that conflict a certainty.

I see Hitler in the UN, not in the Palestinian ranks.
