This piece of shit had five DWI convictions and he was still in this country free to drive drunk again.This is outrageous.The poor family he hit will have to get by on their own since this loser didn't have insurance.It's bad enough having this done to you by an American citizen but to have it done by someone who doesn't even belong here,is disgusting.They should have the right to sue the government for gross negligence.I despise all of our politicians because of this issue.

And he was only 21. This guy must have been always loaded while driving to have that many convictions at his age. And must not have received much punishment either.
