Why wasn't this SOB deported after the first DWI?? Was the system being politically correct by not sentencing him to jail or deporting him before?? Why five priors?? I don't think the state should deport him. I think, if the little girl dies, a bullet to the head will be a fair sentence.
The politicians are wanting to give these "illegal aliens" legal driving licenses thinking the IA's will be safer and get insurance. Yeah RIGHT!!!! This country needs to lock down the borders, find the illegals, ship them out and finally get our problems resolved.

We have an agreement with Mexico and other central American countries. to not impose the death penalty. They also scream bloody murder over a life sentence. Such penalties are only for US citizens.

Personally, I think after 3 it should be a capital offence with summary execution, whether a citizen, illegal or green card holder. Clearly you ain't getting the message and are willing to risk the lives of all around you.
