The Dallas Morning NewsCRAWFORD, Texas Bothered by what she laments as mounting distractions, Cindy Sheehan sought yesterday to refocus her peace vigil near President Bushs ranch on her central anti-war message.Since she came out here and sat down on a lawn chair 10 days ago, Sheehan, 48, said its got out of hand and just turned into a media circus.
For instance, she cited calls for the presidents impeachment as another distraction off of our original cause.
And yet, from Cindys own webpage:
Cindy and Amy Branham in front of the VFP Impeachment tour Bus
This is the very bus that brought Cindy and her pals (from Veterans For Peace) to Crawford. Maybe she didnt notice.
And yet, Cindy said it was her reason for going down to Crawford in the first place:
People dont just want to hear it, they want to know, what can we do? What can we do to get him out of power? And Im gonna say the I word. Impeach. And we have to have everybody impeached that lied to the American public, and thats the executive branch, and any people in congress, and we gotta go all the way down and we might have to go all the way down to the person who picks up the dogshit in Washington
