I don't know if tort reform will go far enough. There's got to be an easier way to remove these bonehead appeals court judges whose reasoning defies common sense.

That'd help as well.
But you still need to purge the pinhead judges out of the system.
As long as they base their rulings on irrational stupidity,
the wrong "loser" would be paying under "loser pays".

How about we make judges return their pay for time spent on cases leading up to rulings that are overturned? Start with the 9th circuit.
