Once you get your pictures uploaded, just find the picture you want to post in MY ALBUM and look directly beneath it; there will be three boxes beneath the picture: URL, TAG, and IMG.
For FreeRepublic, all you have to do is copy the TAG address and paste it right into this reply box. When you hit PREVIEW, you should see your image.
