Which content? I am capturing the closed caption feed...the pictures are my captures also..
This is NOT from the MSNBC website...I've posted threads like this many, many times from Fox and MSNBC and they have not been an issue before...
Please advise what is not allowed? The text capture????

The closed caption feed is still content from MSNBC and under copyright restrictions.
